pareIT, an automated medical record analysis company, has officially launched its platform, designed to revolutionize the medicolegal industry. Powered by AWS and Amazon Comprehend Medical, pareIT uses patent-pending AI and machine learning models trained on over a million medicolegal data points to automate case file analysis. The platform efficiently categorizes, sequences, and extracts key information from case files, reducing duplications and handling diagnoses, treatment recommendations, and handwritten records.
Traditionally, medical record summaries take days and cost thousands, relying on manual review. pareIT analyzes thousands of pages in as little as two hours at about a third of the cost. Specifically tailored for medicolegal cases, it’s ideal for personal injury, malpractice, criminal, and worker's compensation cases.

PareIT needed to handle massive numbers of scanned, often handwritten medical documents. The AI solution had to extract details like diagnoses, treatments, and encounters with a high degree of precision to be legally defensible.

As the platform manages protected health information (PHI), it had to meet strict data-security and privacy standards. The platform needed robust hosting and deployment on AWS while ensuring data encryption and secure access protocols.

The system needed specialized AI models (Amazon Comprehend Medical plus custom ML pipelines) trained on vast medical/legal datasets. Aligning AI-driven summarization with real-time platform features (e.g., ReactSignalR for instant updates) posed a technical challenge.

Since legal cases are the core component pareIT works with, we developed a detailed case-based management hub to track and adjust records.
It now helps admins to sort legal cases by status (created, analyzing, analyzed, in review), bulk edit and manage, or dive into each case separately.

That’s why we implemented a dashboard kanban panel which now highlights created, analyzing, analyzed, or required attention cases with a breakdown for each legal case.

AI Conversational Bot & Real-Time Support
Since the web platform is based on AI & ML algorithms, it made sense to power customer service bots with artificial intelligence as well.
That’s why we integrated AI Conversational tools and trained them on thousands of scenarios. This way AI bots can now support 95% of requests from users saving time for both customers & pareIT’s team.

Organization Dashboard
Since the AI-based platform needs to have a central control hub to analyze thousands of records processed by users, we implemented an admin dashboard.

Prior to re-developing the complex web platform, the pareIT’s team asked to redesign their website making it ready for enterprise-level sales so it meets the corporate customer journey map from the beginning.
