Since e-prescription ordering is the cornerstone of Healthera’s telepharmacy product, we redesigned the architecture of how patients search, select, purchase, ship, and manage their prescriptions.
Now users can spend only 2-3 minutes to find the most suitable pharmacy, select the required service, and medicines, choose delivery options, pick the preferred payment gateway, and leverage same-day delivery all in one place.

Appointment Booking for Pharmacy Services
As Healthera’s product focuses massively on pharma service delivery for patients, we designed the entire appointment booking flow.
This now helps users to select local pharmacies that fit their preferences, pick the preferred pharmacy service, select availability slots that work best, and even sign in through NHS or the platform.
Once booked, patients get all their appointments stored in one place to track upcoming ones and plan their daily routine.

Location-Based Pharmacy Search
Covering over 1,500 pharmacies in the UK, a location-based map view search is a must-have.
That’s why we’ve designed multi-component modules for dev that now allow patients to navigate through the map, filter by regions, get automatically calculated ETA distances, and provide general information about pharmacies like working hours, reviews, offered services, and contact data.

A pharmacy marketplace is the core eHealth product of Healthera. Since it was outdated and no longer supported a high load of 100,000 users per day, we implemented a new design architecture for high scalability and no downtimes.
