The Challenge
The brand-new personal trainer app had to reflect the client’s specific expertise in workout and nutrition. This meant designing a set of powerful features, providing both coaches and students with the smooth training workflow. The client apps had to be available for both mobile platforms and have perfect “look” and “feel” to get ahead of the curve in the market.

We used all the advantages of cross-platform development to craft the apps for Android and iOS, which helped shorten delivery time and cut development costs. We also crafted a web application for trainers to guide their clients through the training course.
Powerful workout builder
Ruggengraat allows coaches to create individual workout programs and adjust them, depending on the clients’ goals. The database includes hundreds of exercises. Coaches set a number of sets and reps, and rest time between them. The interface is easy to navigate, so it takes almost no time or effort to make necessary changes.
Progress tracking and nutrition planning
Ruggengraat tracks body changes in numbers, graphs, and photos and creates a vivid picture of the progress. Clients get the motivation to continue the course, and the coaches can easily see what they need to change to achieve the best results.

The Outcome
